What sizes are available?
We supply a full range of skip sizes from small domestic 2 yard up to 40 yard industrial skips.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes, additional costs will be applicable should you exceed the inclusive weight limit of the skip or place a non-compliant item within your skip. Additionally, a public highway road permit charge maybe applicable depending on where you wish to place your skip. Please see our skip user guide for further info.
How can I pay for my skip?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay or pay direct from your bank account.
What is the hire period?
Our standard terms for skip hire is 14 days. Should you require an extension, just give our friendly customer services team a call on 01452 536536 and we’ll arrange this for you. Ideally, skips should be placed on a flat, stable surface such as a driveway or private land. Placement needs to be accessible for delivery and pickup and safe for public and property. If you have space constraints or specific placement needs, let us know, and we can help determine the best location for the skip on your property.
What happens if I put the wrong item in my skip?
Please see our skip user guide to understand which items can’t be placed in your skip. Additional charges will be applicable for non-complaint items recovered.
What days do you collect?
We operate 6 days per week Monday to Saturday. Please enter a collection date at time of booking. Should you need to extend or move the collection date forward please give our dedicated customer services team a call on 01452 536536.
Where should I place my skip?
Please take a moment to give this careful consideration as the area will need to be safe and accessible for our delivery vehicle. Please consider any gradients or obstructions to the access, overhead trees or cables, walls and ensure an adequate turning circle for the vehicle can be provided. Please note, should you request for our vehicle to leave the public highway, you will be doing so at entirely your own risk.
How much can I put in my skip?
Skips should be filled level with the opening, with items placed as securely as possible to ensure the filled skip remains safe for loading and transit. Weights should not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for each skip. Please speak to the customer services team on 01452 536536 should you require any further information.
