Type 1 or MOT is the most common sub-base in the construction industry. Available in small and large quantities to suit any domestic and commercial use. This product has been developed together in partnership with our National Utility contractors and is fully tested and certified for highway use. This is a Eco product with a mix of virgin quarried and recycled product mix. Each bulk bag contains approximately 850kg. PLEASE NOTE: The pictures of our products are for guidance only. The colours may appear differently if they are wet for example. We have a large display at Allstone Myers Road where you can see the products first hand to make your choice easier.
