Please ensure that you have read this page carefully before placing orders as not all addresses are able to have deliveries via our methods. We will always aim to deliver all products within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. For deliveries that are required next day, then the order needs to be placed BEFORE 1PM, Monday to Friday. Any order received before 1PM on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Please note that this does not apply to Bank Holidays and the delivery will be made on the following Tuesday.
Our Delivery method will be either on a 7.5T skip lorry (maximum quantity per delivery for this method is 3 Bulk Bags. Alternatively, we can deliver on a 6-wheeler, 26T grab lorry. Please see below for the dimensions of these lorries. When the bags are unloaded by either vehicle, we will need suitable room to manoeuvre not just on site but on the roads leading to the property. This means in terms of width, low hanging obstacles such as telephone wires and trees or any other obstacles that may interfere with the delivery.
Deliveries will arrive between the hours of 08:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday and 08:00am – 13:00pm on Saturdays, unless you have specifically requested an AM/PM slot.
Deliveries will be made at the discretion of our drivers – if they feel there is insufficient access to the property then they may refuse to unload the goods or leave kerbside. As with all of our deliveries, customers ordering lorries off the public road do so entirely at their own responsibility.
We will always endeavour to deliver the goods to the spot you would like, but this cannot always be done. Please be aware that our bulk bags weigh approximately 860kgs, and the grab lorry will weigh a minimum of 13 tonnes.
Where possible, please ensure you are available to be on site and sign for the delivery or have made alternative arrangements with a third party to do so for you. If you are unable to be at the delivery address for receipt of goods we can arrange for them to be left without a signature, however this may mean we are not always able to drop in the exact required location and we cannot be held responsible if this is the case.
We do politely request that you are available to be contacted via telephone on the day of delivery. If we have not been made aware of any restrictions that can impact upon the delivery, then you run the risk of having your order delayed or additional charges for failed delivery or having to re-deliver at an alternative time.
